This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed directly through Tranquil Cup Roasting Company via tranquilcup.com and our official sales channels.
Shipping Rates
Domestic Flat-Rate Shipping (U.S.)
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders.
• Flat-rate shipping: $6.95
• Free shipping on orders over $50
Fulfillment & Transit Times
- Fulfillment: Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days.
- Transit: Once shipped, domestic delivery generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
Peak seasons, weather events, or carrier disruptions may extend these timelines. Customers are notified if a material delay occurs.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking information is emailed once a shipment is created.
- Customers are responsible for coordinating with the carrier for missed delivery attempts or pickup requirements.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or delivery issue outside our control, additional reshipment fees may apply. We will contact the customer before reshipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Damaged on Arrival
Report damage within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing support@tranquilcup.com with photos of the item and packaging.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it was not received, contact us within 7 calendar days so we can initiate a carrier investigation.
After reviewing carrier records and available evidence, we will replace or refund eligible orders at our discretion.
Returns, Reshipments & Address Errors
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may incur additional reshipment fees.
- Refused or unclaimed shipments returned to us may incur return shipping, restocking, and reshipment charges.
Service Upgrades & Special Circumstances
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout where supported.
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or remote ZIP codes may experience longer transit times and additional carrier surcharges, which are shown at checkout when applicable.
