Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to, and use of Tranquil Cup Roasting Company’s website, products, and services operated by Tranquil Cup Roasting Company, we, us, or our. By visiting tranquilcup.com, placing an order, or using our services you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason including pricing errors, inventory limits, or suspected fraud.
Price Terms: Prices shown at checkout include the amounts you pay for products and shipping unless otherwise stated. Taxes are charged where required by law and displayed at checkout.
Payment Methods: We accept the payment methods displayed on the site. You represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Return Rights: Our Refunds and Returns Policy governs eligibility, timelines, and the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. If an order or product qualifies under that policy we will follow the remedies described there.
Remedies Limitations: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. We may offer replacements or store credit at our discretion for certain claims.

Subscriptions Automatic Renewals and Cancellations

Subscription Terms: Subscription products purchased through our site renew automatically on the frequency selected at checkout. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method for each renewal.
Cancellation and Changes: You can manage, pause, or cancel subscriptions through your account or by emailing support@tranquilcup.com. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be submitted before the renewal cutoff displayed in your account or order confirmation.

If unresolved disputes proceed then the exclusive venue for any litigation shall be the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. We each submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
